Spanish churros are usually an excellent treat, and while I never ran across temporary churro stands in our year in Córdoba, I started seeing them everywhere in and around the region of Castellón. The experience is a lot like getting an elephant ear pastry at a Midwestern county fair. I should say though that I quickly moved on to buñuelos.
