Oropesa del Mar is just a few minutes north of where we lived in Benicàssim, and some of our closest friends were working there at the time.
In early October of 2016, some mutual friends visited from the US, so I spent the evening walking around Oropesa with them before settling in to watch an event at the local bullring.
Spanish nights are the reason Spanish nightlife is what it is. The weather is usually perfect, and it's not hard to spend hours walking, talking, and enjoying a drink with friends.
