Our first Semana Santa in Spain was an experience. I was not aware of the schedule, and at one point found myself caught on the wrong side of the road. Later, after I returned to our apartment, I heard some drums nearby and slipped out to take this picture of the Nazarenos. It is important to note that their attire predates the hoods of the KKK by several centuries, and does not signify hateful or racist views.
